1. About FileBridge

FileBridge is a native macOS application: a dual-pane file manager that connects your local folders and remote storage and lets you save everything as Workspaces so you can reopen exactly where you left off. The app runs entirely on your Mac. It does not require an account and does not collect or transmit your files or data to us.

2. License to Use the App

Subject to these Terms and payment of the applicable license fee, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use FileBridge on Macs you own or control. You may not resell, redistribute, rent, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit the app except to the extent permitted by applicable law.

3. Your Files and Credentials

You are solely responsible for the files you manage and for the remote storage credentials (for example SFTP, S3, or cloud accounts) you configure in the app. These credentials and connections are stored locally on your Mac and are used only to connect to the services you choose. We never receive them, and we cannot access your files, folders, or Workspaces.

4. Paid Plans and Billing

FileBridge is paid software. Use of the app requires the purchase of a license, available as a single one-time payment. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges. Pricing and billing terms are presented at the point of purchase. Payments may be processed by third-party providers (for example the Mac App Store or a payment processor), and their terms apply to the transaction. We reserve the right to modify pricing and offerings at any time, with reasonable notice.

5. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If FileBridge is not right for you, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund the license fee in full, no explanation required. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, and the license is deactivated once the refund is made. If you bought through a third-party store (for example the Mac App Store), that store’s refund process applies instead. This guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not limit, any statutory rights you have under applicable consumer law.

6. Intellectual Property

FileBridge, including its branding, interfaces, and software, is the property of Dapps or its licensors and is protected by Danish and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app or website without prior written consent.

7. Privacy

The FileBridge app does not collect any personal data. Our website uses privacy-focused, cookieless analytics that do not identify you or track you across sites. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use FileBridge:

• for unlawful purposes;
• to breach local, national, or international regulations;
• to access systems, storage, or data you are not authorized to access;
• to introduce malicious software or otherwise disrupt any service.

9. Disclaimers

FileBridge is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of your files. While we strive for reliability, we do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we are not responsible for data loss arising from use of the app or from the remote services you connect to.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dapps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for FileBridge in the past six months or fifty Euros (€50), whichever is greater.

11. Third-Party Services

FileBridge connects to third-party storage and services that you configure (for example SFTP servers, S3 buckets, or cloud providers). We are not responsible for the availability, content, terms, or privacy practices of those services. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If a change is material, we will provide notice on the website. Continued use of the app or website after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts of Denmark.
